How It Works
Outreach and Enrollment:
The codeknights.org website initiates outreach programs targeting underprivileged communities, partnering with schools, community centers, and nonprofit organizations. Through these partnerships, codeknights.org identifies underprivileged children who could benefit from mentorship and encourages them to enroll.
Application and Verification:
Prospective mentees submit applications through the codeknights.org, providing information about their socioeconomic background, educational status, and any additional challenges they face. codeknights.org verifies this information through collaboration with trusted organizations or by requesting supporting documents to ensure that mentees meet the eligibility criteria for the program.
Needs Assessment and Goal Setting:
Upon enrollment, each mentee undergoes a needs assessment. This assessment helps identify the specific challenges and goals of the mentee, laying the foundation for personalized mentorship plans.
